Simply put, it's hard to buy products for resale.
Thrift stores, estate sales, and garage sales offer products at a wholesale price point – with enough room for a good markup. But you cannot order the styles and quantities you’ll need for your used clothing boutique from a thrift store. Given the disgusting excess of used goods in this country, we thought that was a shame.
